Questions or a problem with the app? Write to sales@roadbeck.com. Tell us your phone number, which app you are using and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Signing in

During the beta there is no text message. Invited testers receive a phone number and six-digit code from us. If your code does not work or you are locked out, write to us for a new one.

A problem with a visit

Use Report an issue on the visit in the app so it stays on the visit’s record.

Emergencies

RoadBeck is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911.
